Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Every order includes tracking.

Shipping costs

Gear (bowls, brushes, lick mats, paw cleaners, bottles): free shipping on every order.
Bandanas: $4.95 flat rate, or free when your bandana order is $35 or more (that's two or more bandanas).

Delivery times

Bandanas are printed to order by our print partner. Allow 2 to 5 business days to make and 3 to 4 business days to ship, so about 5 to 9 business days in total.
Gear ships from our supplier's warehouse and usually arrives in 7 to 14 business days.

If you order bandanas and gear together, they'll arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as each package ships.

Delays and lost parcels

Busy seasons and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, or tracking shows it as lost, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
